Responsible for supporting day-to-day AAC Blocks manufacturing operations, monitoring production activities, maintaining process parameters, and ensuring smooth production while following quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily AAC Blocks production activities and monitor the manufacturing process.
- Operate and monitor production equipment as per instructions and SOPs.
- Ensure proper material handling and maintain production flow.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Identify and report equipment issues, process deviations, and quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain basic production records and ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical discipline preferred.
Experience & Industry Background
- 1-6 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in AAC Blocks, cement, precast, concrete products, or building-material manufacturing preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may be considered.
