We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage workflow efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, preferably with experience in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, packing, dispatch, and stock management.
- Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate stock audits and efficient in advanced excel.
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, data entry, customer support, and other departments.
- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Track daily performance, prepare operational reports,



and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately within the required timelines.
- Manage resource allocation, workflow planning, and employee responsibilities.
- Maintain operational discipline, adherence to company policies, and quality standards.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and report important issues to senior management.

Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or warehouse operations.
- Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse processes.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel advanced, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a target-driven workplace.
