Shree Shyam Dyeing & Printing Mills is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage overall plant operations, including textile dyeing, printing, finishing, production planning, utilities, maintenance coordination, quality control, and dispatch.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, improving machine utilisation, reducing processing costs and rework, managing manpower, monitoring utility consumption, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and environmental compliance. The role also involves coordinating with Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Utilities, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth plant operations and timely customer deliveries.

Key Requirements:





- 4–5 years of experience in textile dyeing, printing, and wet processing operations.
- B.E./B.Tech in Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, Textile Processing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of dyeing, printing, finishing, dyes, chemicals, boilers, ETP, and plant utilities.
- Experience in production planning, cost control, manpower management, and quality improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP systems.
- Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: Hindi and English; Gujarati is an added advantage.

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice preferred. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
