Responsible for operating and monitoring cranes for secure material handling and movement within the AAC Blocks manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth production operations and adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cranes for loading, unloading, lifting, and shifting materials as per operational requirements.
- Handle AAC Blocks, moulds, and other plant materials safely to prevent damage and accidents.
- Inspect crane controls, lifting equipment, and safety devices before operations and report defects.
- Follow approved lifting procedures, load limits, and plant safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with Production and other plant teams to ensure timely material movement.
- Maintain basic operating records and ensure proper housekeeping around the crane operating area.
- 3-4 years of experience operating cranes in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
- Experience in AAC Blocks, cement, precast, steel, or other building-material manufacturing preferred.
