We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel/restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, staff management, guest handling, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily hotel/restaurant operations.

Coordinate with Kitchen, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.

Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance.

Monitor operational costs, inventory, and service quality.

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Prepare daily operational reports for management.

Improve team productivity, service standards, and overall business performance.

Requirements





Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations.

Solid leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and guest-handling abilities.

Knowledge of daily operations, cost control, and staff scheduling.

Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure.

Candidates with relevant hospitality experience will be preferred.
