Location: Colaba, South Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Sunday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday

Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

We are looking for a mature, professional, and well-organised candidate for an Operations & Hospitality role based in Colaba, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a polished professional approach, and the ability to manage daily operations and hospitality-related responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage hospitality services and maintain high standards of guest experience.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle scheduling, administration, and operational requirements.
- Address guest or client queries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure a welcoming, organised,



and professional environment.
- Maintain operational standards and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, hospitality, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent English fluency is a must.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanour with a mature and responsible approach.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate teams, and handle responsibilities independently.

- Monthly salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Full time position.
- Saturday off.
