Jivika Pure makes A2 ghee, cold-pressed oils, ancient-grain flours and spices. We sell through our website, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart and retail stores.

We need someone to keep the right stock in the right place, every day.

What you’ll do

Plan production and packing runs against channel demand, stock in hand and lead times

Track raw material and packaging (jars, tins, labels, cartons), raise indents, and follow up with suppliers so delays get escalated before they become stockouts

Plan replenishment for quick-commerce and marketplace POs using sales velocity and days of cover

Keep SKU-wise inventory accurate, including batch and expiry tracking and FEFO dispatch

Coordinate D2C and B2B dispatch: courier partners, RTOs,



damages, invoices and e-way bills

Reconcile PO vs dispatch vs GRN by channel, and support finance on short-receipt claims

Maintain the daily stock tracker and share a weekly MIS on stock cover, stockouts and ageing stock

Keep batch records FSSAI-ready, and build SOPs for inward, dispatch and stock counts

What you need

1–3 years in supply chain, inventory or production planning (FMCG or food preferred)

A habit of following issues through to closure

Bonus: experience with the Blinkit, Zepto or Amazon seller portals
