Operations Executive – Domestic

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in domestic travel operations

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end domestic travel operations and bookings.
- Handle hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing, and tour arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and other suppliers.
- Prepare tour itineraries and manage package costing.
- Handle group tours and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer issues and manage unexpected situations efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless trip execution.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in domestic travel operations.
- Good knowledge of domestic destinations and tour packages.
- Experience in travel package costing and itinerary preparation.
- Strong supplier coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle groups, customer queries, and operational challenges.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
