Job Summary

Charitism is looking for a proactive Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure the smooth execution of fundraising campaigns and social-impact initiatives. The role involves coordinating with campaign managers, field teams, NGOs, beneficiaries, and internal departments to ensure timely execution, accurate documentation, and transparent reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operational activities related to campaigns and social initiatives.
- Coordinate with field teams to plan and execute beneficiary visits, campaign activities, and impact documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of photographs, videos, testimonials, and updates regarding the utilization of donations.
- Coordinate with campaign management, creative, business development, and support teams.
- Monitor campaign progress, operational timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation.




- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage team schedules, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure respectful beneficiary interactions and adherence to company policies and verification procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in operations, project coordination, field operations, or social-impact initiatives.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of process improvement, SOPs, and performance metrics.

Preferred Experience: 1-3 years in operations, with team-handling experience preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
