1. Tracking production plan vs actual
2. Tracking planning – material, process, quality & FG
3. Monitoring production & coordination with the planning department for FG supply
4. Monitoring entire throughput operations & preparing analytics for management committee insights.
5. Support stakeholders in regards to production plan & process, as well as production issues, while working online
6. Prepare data related to the entire plant operation – in-process production, raw material, budget vs actual, costing, packaging & supply chain.
7. Prepare monthly MIS for the management committee
Requirements :
1. 2-5 years of experience in dairy production
2. At least 1 year of experience in operational excellence.
3. Education : B.Tech Dairy Technology
