We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, with the ability to identify and attract top talent in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback to candidates and communicate effectively regarding the hiring process.





Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, networking, and IT support.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
