Roles & responsibilities
- Recent Hire Training
- Induction of new joiners
- DRA Certification guidance
- Refresher trainings & Upskilling programmes
- Preparing SOPs and executing them for performance and process improvement
- Training Need Analysis
- Coaching & Floor support
- Counselling bottom performers & ensuring improvement in those employees




- Preparing presentations and reports in line with business requirement

Desired candidate profile
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- "Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification mandatory"
- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in Tele Collection BPO
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Well-versed with MS Office Suite
- Ready work at Vadodara location
- Immediate joiner
