- Oversee the execution of luxury interior projects, including feature walls, accent furniture, soft furnishings, and bespoke design elements, from initial concept through to final installation. •
- Collaborate closely with the creative design team to translate conceptual designs into technically feasible solutions. •
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow, seamless integration of design elements, and adherence to project timelines. •
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule and issues are promptly addressed. •
- Ensure that all materials, finishes, and detailing align with the company’s high-end design standards. 2.

Technical

Drawings &
- Documentation •
- Prepare and review comprehensive technical drawings, AutoCAD layouts, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for production and installation. •
- Create production drawings, material specifications, and product details for contractors and vendors. •
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality controls in all technical documentation. •
- Conduct regular quality checks on prototypes and production pieces to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the final product.
- Budget &
- Cost Control •
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor project budgets and identify cost effective solutions while maintaining high design quality. •
- Approve vendor quotations and ensure all project costs align with the allocated budget, seeking out cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. •
- Track financial progress and provide regular budget updates to senior management and clients as required.
- Client &
- Stakeholder Communication •
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifestyle. •
- Provide clients with technical insights and solutions,



keeping them updated on project progress and managing expectations effectively. •
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create client-facing presentations, reports, and updates, showcasing the project’s progress and key milestones.
- Site Supervision &
- Installation •
- Conduct re-installation site visits to ensure that design requirements are met and that the site is prepared for installation. •
- Supervise installation teams in office, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and according to the approved specifications. •
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges related to dimensions, material fitting, and aesthetics to guarantee flawless project delivery. •
- Document before-and-after photos of installations for internal records and client approval.
- Innovation &
- Process Improvement •
- Research and implement new materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques to enhance the company’s product offerings and stay ahead of industry trends. •
- Lead the integration of innovative technologies (such as smart lighting, modular structures) into the design and production process. •
- Suggest improvements to internal processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality during production and installation.
- Team Leadership &
- Collaboration •
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers, draftsmen, and installation teams to ensure they meet project expectations and contribute to successful project outcomes. •
- Foster a collaborative working environment, coordinating efforts between design, production, procurement, and marketing teams. •
- Ensure effective communication among all team members and external stakeholders to guarantee project success. 8.

Control &
- Compliance •
- Ensure all designs and installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. •
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project to ensure that all technical requirements and design standards are upheld. •
- Troubleshoot any issues related to product quality, installation, and design integrity during the execution phase.
