We are looking for a highly skilled Online Live Streaming Sales Host with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Host live streaming sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain screw & barrel products and auxiliary equipment during live sessions.
- Respond to customer questions and generate sales leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow customer base.
- Stay updated on products and customer/market requirements.
Job Requirements :
- Clear communication and confident presentation.
- Comfortable on camera and with social media/live-stream platforms.
- Hindi and English proficiency; other Indian languages are a plus.
- Sales, customer service and technical product experience preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
