1. Conducted HIRA and JSA for all critical activities including deep excavation, heavy lifting, pole erection, and electrical termination.
2. Supervised crane operations, lifting plans, rigging inspection, load testing, and safe positioning during high mast installation.
3. Delivered daily toolbox talks and safety inductions to current workers and visitors.
4. Documentation & Recordkeeping
5. Daily Safety Inspection Checklists
6. Work Permit System (Hot Work, Height Work, Lifting, Excavation)
7. Lifting Plan and Load Chart Approval
