Purpose/Objective

The Officer - Land & Estate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the Adani Group’s land and estate assets under the Corporate Services umbrella.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective utilization, valuation, and legal compliance of land and property assets, aligning with the strategic goals of the Adani Group.

The position supports the group’s centralized operations by providing expertise in real estate law, land laws, and property valuation, ensuring the group’s assets are managed efficiently and contribute to the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Conduct detailed property valuations to assess the market value of land and estate assets, ensuring alignment with the group’s financial and strategic objectives.
- Provide expert advice on real estate laws and land laws to support decision-making processes related to acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the legal and operational readiness of land and estate assets for ongoing and future projects.
- Maintain and update land records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in due diligence processes for land acquisitions, including title verification, legal clearances, and risk assessments.
- Support the negotiation and finalization of land-related agreements, including leases, sales,



and joint ventures.
- Monitor and manage land-related disputes, coordinating with the legal team to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies for the optimal utilization of land and estate assets, contributing to cost efficiency and value creation.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals and compliance for land-related transactions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on land and estate management activities for senior management review.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land and estate management, with a solid focus on real estate law and property valuation.
- Proven expertise in land laws, property documentation, and legal frameworks governing real estate transactions.
- Experience in managing large-scale land portfolios within a corporate or industrial setting.

Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
