– Office Boy / Guest Relations Assistant (GRA) Location: Electronic city Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month Working Days: 6 days a week Working Schedule: Weekdays on week days only Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable, well-groomed, and presentable Office Boy / Guest Relations Assistant (GRA) to support daily office operations and assist employees, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate should be polite, punctual, service-oriented, and willing to handle both indoor and outdoor support activities. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests and visitors professionally.

Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to guests and employees. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of reception and common areas. Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, and document movement.

Manage courier services, bank visits, and other official errands. Coordinate with guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.





Support the administration and front-office teams with daily activities. Maintain a polite, skilled, and helpful attitude toward employees and visitors.

Key RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass. 0–2 years of experience in office support, hospitality, or guest relations preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, polite, punctual, and customer-oriented. Willingness to handle indoor and outdoor support activities. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation and Work Schedule Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month.

Working Days: 6 days a week.
