REQUIRED SKILLS

- Experience: 4+ years
- Hands-on experience with at least one observability suite: Grafana stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, Alloy), ELK Stack, Prometheus / OpenTelemetry, or Splunk
- Background in Observability, DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering
- Advanced English

NICE TO HAVE

- Docker / Kubernetes, cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Linux, Git, Python, Terraform / OpenTofu, shell scripting
- Certifications: OpenTelemetry Certified Associate, Prometheus Certified Associate, Grafana, Splunk

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement observability solutions (logs, metrics and traces) for each client
- Build dashboards, alerts and advanced visualisations
- Instrument applications and implement distributed tracing
- Add AI capabilities to observability platforms
- Analyse performance, availability and capacity issues; support and incident resolution
- Work with development, DevOps and SRE teams; document best practices and train technical users
