? Define and implement enterprise observability strategies and standards.

? Build intelligent monitoring and telemetry frameworks.

? Enable proactive incident detection and automated incident response.

? Drive AIOps capabilities, event correlation, and alert noise reduction.

? Design automation workflows and self-healing mechanisms.

? Collaborate with SRE, infrastructure, application, and service management teams.

? Lead major incident reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives.

? IDEAL CANDIDATE

✔️ Robust experience in Observability, SRE, AIOps, and cloud platforms.

✔️ Proven expertise in architecture design and enterprise automation.

✔️ Hands-on experience with ITSM integrations and intelligent event management.
