Measure and verify lift shaft width, depth, vertical plumbness, floor-to-floor heights, and headroom clearance against the approved layout drawings.

• Machine Room Inspection:

Ensure the elevator pit is dry, waterproofed, and built to the correct depth. Check that the machine room (if applicable) meets ventilation and structural layout specifications.

- Structural Integrity: Confirm structural beams, bracket inserts, and wall strengths can support the elevator guide rails and load.

2. Electrical &

• Power Readiness

- Power Supply Check: Verify that permanent or temporary 3-phase power supply, sub-panels, breakers, and grounding systems are installed correctly at the designated points.

- Shaft Lighting: Ensure proper, code-compliant temporary or permanent lighting and power outlets are available in the hoistway for the installation crew.
