Working at Blowtrumpet We function like a startup - and we are proud of it. That means you will wear multiple hats, take ownership beyond your title, and grow faster than you would in a larger organisation. We are looking for people who thrive on that kind of pace.

A few things to know upfront:

- Multi-functional by design. Everyone here contributes across boundaries. If you see a gap, you fill it. If you can learn it, you own it.
- Excellence is non-negotiable. We have no room for mediocrity. We would rather ship fewer things brilliantly than many things passably.
- Growth-oriented. We invest in training, mentorship, and giving you real responsibility early. Your growth is the company s growth.
- Early starts, disciplined days. We are based in South Delhi and our working day begins at 8 AM. We believe discipline creates freedom - starting early lets us work with focus, finish with intention, and keep stress low.
- Low stress, high standards. We keep the setting calm and supportive. People here help each other, cover for each other, and win together. The pressure comes from the pursuit of great work, not from mismanagement.
