• Conduct laboratory testing and chemical analysis of fertilizers and plant nutrition products.
- Assist in the formulation and development of NPK fertilizers, micronutrients, bio stimulants, and other agricultural products.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support R&D;, production, and quality assurance teams in product improvement.
- Ensure accuracy in testing, sampling, and reporting.

- Background in Research and Development (R&D;),

- M.Sc. in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of agrochemicals, basic regulatory requirements, and safety standards in chemical laboratories.
- Proficiency in scientific documentation, report writing, and use of lab-related software or tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in agrochemical, chemical manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
