Purple Business is an AI-powered business growth platform designed to help businesses improve their marketing, branding, customer experiences, and digital presence.

We are looking for a creative, AI-enabled Motion Design Intern with exceptional visual storytelling skills, a strong sense of animation and aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging motion graphics, product animations, and high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually compelling motion graphics, animated advertisements, promotional videos, and social media reels .
- Design engaging animations for websites, mobile apps, product interfaces, and digital experiences .
- Develop product showcase videos, feature demonstrations, explainer videos, and brand animations.
- Use AI tools such as Google Veo, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT, and AI video generation/editing tools to accelerate creative workflows.
- Animate typography, graphics, illustrations, UI elements, logos, and other visual assets.
- Create high-quality video advertisements and marketing creatives optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Transform rough concepts, scripts, storyboards, and AI-generated visuals into polished, professional motion content.
- Collaborate with the founding team on product storytelling, branding, marketing campaigns, and creative experiments.

Requirements
- Excellent motion design skills with a strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, transitions, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects or equivalent professional motion design software.




- Experience using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Ability to create polished 2D motion graphics, typography animations, product animations, and promotional videos .
- Good visual design sense, including typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency.
- AI-first creative mindset: Comfortable using generative AI tools for video creation, image generation, animation, editing, and creative experimentation.
- Ability to refine AI-generated videos and animations into professional-quality outputs rather than relying entirely on generated results.
- Understanding of contemporary social media content formats, aspect ratios, platform requirements, and audience engagement.
- Ability to independently conceptualize, storyboard, animate, edit, and deliver high-quality motion content.
- A strong motion design portfolio or showreel is mandatory , demonstrating animation quality, creativity, storytelling, and technical execution.
