We’re looking for a 2D/3D Motion Designing Lead to join our team in Pune. We’re looking for a highly creative and technically strong professional with expertise in both 2D and 3D motion design, who can lead projects from concept to final delivery.

Job Location : Pune, Balewadi (On-site)

Required Experience: 6–7 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the creative and executional aspects of 2D and 3D motion design projects from initial concept to final delivery.
- Translate creative briefs, brand requirements, and client objectives into compelling 2D, 3D, and hybrid motion design solutions.
- Establish and maintain the overall visual and motion language of projects.
- Create and supervise high-quality 2D/3D motion design, 3D animation, CGI, product animation, VFX, and compositing.
- Ensure seamless integration of 2D/3D graphics, 3D elements, post-production wherever required.
- Lead and mentor a team of Motion Designers and 3D Artists, providing creative direction, technical guidance, and constructive feedback.
- Review work at various stages of production and ensure that the final output meets HMX Media’s creative and technical quality standards.
- Work closely with Producers, Art Directors, Creative Directors, 3D Artists, Lighting Artists, Compositors,



Editors, and other production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines without compromising on creative quality.
- Stay updated with the latest 2D/3D motion design and emerging creative technologies.
- Explore new techniques, workflows, plugins, and tools that can improve the creative output and efficiency of the team.
- Maintain strong awareness of brand guidelines and ensure creative output remains aligned with the brand's visual identity.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and act as a key creative and technical point of contact for motion design requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

- 5–7 years of skilled experience in Motion Design, 3D Motion Design.
- Strong professional experience in both 2D and 3D motion design.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, typography, colour, timing, pacing, transitions, and visual hierarchy.
- Previous experience in leading, mentoring, or supervising designers/artists.
- Ability to provide transparent creative feedback and maintain a consistent quality standard across the team.
- Strong problem-solving ability and the confidence to find creative and technical solutions to production challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced CGI/advertising environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the maturity to work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability for project delivery.
