- Operate and monitor molding machines as per production requirements.
- Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time as instructed.
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper material feeding.
- Monitor the molding process and maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Identify machine abnormalities and report technical issues to the supervisor.
- Follow production targets, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
- Maintain production records and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to minimize rejection and wastage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of molding machine operations.
- Understanding of production processes and quality inspection.
- Ability to identify product defects and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Qualification
- 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma preferred.
