Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mitsubishi PLC Programmer based in Gurugram. The Mitsubishi PLC Programmer will design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automation systems, ensuring stable and effective operation of machinery and production lines. Daily responsibilities include writing and modifying PLC logic, troubleshooting control systems, conducting testing and commissioning, and providing technical support during installation and maintenance activities.

The role involves working closely with project engineers and technicians to integrate PLCs with other control components, preparing documentation such as program backups and wiring diagrams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The programmer will also collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements, optimize system performance,



and support ongoing improvements in automation solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Mitsubishi PLC programming, including ladder logic development, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in industrial automation and control systems, including knowledge of HMIs, SCADA, variable frequency drives, sensors, and industrial communication protocols.
- Candidates should possess skills in electrical and instrumentation fundamentals, including reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and technical documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in testing, commissioning, and maintenance of automation equipment, ensuring reliability, safety, and minimal downtime.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose system issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions efficiently.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with engineering teams, technicians, and customers, and to document work clearly.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field is preferred; prior experience with Mitsubishi PLCs or similar platforms is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram, visit customer locations when required, and adhere to all safety and quality standards.
