MIS Reporting & Business Analytics

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Generate sales pipeline reports and order forwarding MIS.
- Prepare Weekly Stuffing MIS and Marketing/POP MIS.
- Prepare Sample MIS and coordinate with the Accounts team.
- Prepare Claim MIS along with Credit/Debit Note tracking.

- Prepare Sales Order Booking (SOB) reports for Corporate Accounts.
- Maintain Trade Approval (TA) files.
- Monitor GP% and TA reports for EAG business.
- Coordinate with internal departments for commercial data requirements.

- Tracking of raw material prices.
- Monitor Latin American currency movements.
- Track INR, RMB, and VND exchange rates.
- Prepare reports supporting pricing and procurement decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple reports with strict timelines.
