Responsibilities
- Own FP&A; operational processes and ensure timely delivery of recurring planning and reporting outputs
- Build standardized workflows that improve data intake, validation, and handoffs across FP&A; activities
- Coordinate data collection and consolidation through financial data aggregation platforms
- Maintain data quality controls and resolve inconsistencies across key financial datasets
- Develop reporting cadences, timelines, and checklists to support monthly and quarterly cycles
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on definitions and assumptions
- Document processes and train team members on tools, templates, and operating routines
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis operations
- 2+ years experience with financial data aggregation platforms
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive execution
- Strong project management skills for recurring financial cycles and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to validate financial data and identify discrepancies
- Clear communication skills to explain workflows and align expectations
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
