Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of MEP systems including HVAC, lighting, earthing, fire detection, access control, security systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all MEP installations and repairs.

Job Requirements :

- 15-20 years of experience in managing MEP projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC, Lighting Protection (Lightning Protection), Fire Detection Systems (FDS) and Access Control/Security Systems.
- Experience with data networking protocols such as BMS (Building Management System).
