Role Description This full-time remote role for a Medical Scribe Quality Assurance professional focuses on reviewing and validating clinical documentation produced by medical scribes. Day-to-day responsibilities include auditing medical records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to documentation standards, as well as verifying correct use of medical terminology and alignment with clinical workflows.
