Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Mechanical

Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical components and systems, preparing detailed CAD models and drawings, and performing calculations and simulations to validate designs. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting R&D; initiatives, participating in prototyping and testing, and assisting in troubleshooting and optimizing existing designs. The role also involves contributing to project planning, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely and effective delivery of engineering solutions.





Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including core principles, materials, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Machine Design, with experience in designing components, mechanisms, and assemblies for reliability and manufacturability.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and design revisions.
- Ability to support Project Management activities, including planning tasks, tracking progress, and coordinating with team members.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including experimentation, data analysis, and iterative design improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, in office team workplace.
- Familiarity with industry standards, manufacturing processes, and basic knowledge of thermal and structural analysis is an advantage.
