Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer with experience in Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and conveyor systems. The candidate should have good knowledge of design software and the ability to develop mechanical designs as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and machinery.
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using design software.
- Work on SPM machines, conveyor systems, and customized machinery.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and assembly teams.
- Modify existing designs based on project requirements.
- Ensure designs meet quality standards and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in mechanical design, preferably in SPM machines or conveyor systems.
- Proficiency in design software such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of mechanical components, fabrication drawings, and machine design.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
- Freshers with strong design software knowledge may also be considered.
