Duty DoctorYou will be the on-floor doctor at 100x Longevity, responsible for the day-to-day clinical running of the centre.
Whenever a member is on the floor, you are the doctor in charge. You clear them for assessments and therapies, take the clinical decisions that cannot wait, and are the first call whenever something needs a physician. You will also help shape a new kind of clinic from the ground up: its medical operations and its research-related protocols, working with the medical and scientific leadership, the clinical team and the Longevity Manager.
This is a role for a doctor who wants real clinical responsibility from the first day, in a clinic that is built around measuring before intervening.

- Schedule and prepare internal and vendor meetings, take minutes, circulate action items and chase them to closure.
- Track centre setup and regulatory tasks to completion.
- Research and protocols• Review literature and guidelines; build and update protocols, SOPs, member plans and reference tables with explicit evidence grading.
- Evaluate vendors, tests, devices and therapies on evidence, cost, logistics and data quality, and write clear comparison documents with recommendations.
- Partnerships and brand• Prepare for vendor and partner meetings, take notes, and drive follow-ups and decisions.
- Create clinical content and presentations for the centre launch.
FIRST 90 DAYS1. Physician scheduling and booking flow set up and running.
- Task tracker and weekly meeting rhythm live, with action items closed on time.
- Assessment-day SOP and checklists drafted.
- Vendor comparison documents completed for at least two test categories.
