Elchemy's marketplaces are where global buyers first meet us. As Marketplace Operations Analyst , you own every listing across every marketplace we're on and you make them sharp enough to convert. The full marketplace list is already mapped. The products and business units are expanding. Your job is to make sure our storefronts grow as fast as the company does.

You're the reason a buyer on the other side of the world finds us, trusts us, and reaches out.

About RIO : Revenue Intelligence & Operations (RIO) is Elchemy's growth engine with a single mandate: transform how this company operates. To enable this vision, we are looking for tech-savvy individuals with a hunger to use their skills to make a true impact in the company and eventually in the broader chemical space.

- You'll use AI tools daily to do work that used to take a team of five, and you'll be expected to push those tools further.
- You'll help build the AI foundation of the company, not just consume it: your data, your workflows, your judgment become part of how Elchemy operates.
- You'll be a founding user, not a late adopter. What you build in month one becomes the playbook for everyone hired after you.

What you'll do — and what it becomes

- Month 1: Own and maintain listings across all marketplaces — uploads, updates, corrections, content revisions for current products and BUs
- By month 3: You're not just maintaining, you're diagnosing. Which listings underperform, why, and what content fixes them
- By month 6: You've built the marketplace playbook — the process, the AI-assisted workflow, the reporting — that scales as Elchemy adds products and platforms
- Feed marketplace insights back into the RIO team's lead generation and market intel
- Be a founding user of AI tooling for content generation, listing QA, and performance tracking





What we're looking for

- 0–2 years experience; freshers with obsessive attention to detail are welcome
- Completed a UG degree (BBA / BMS / B.Tech or other relevant fields)
- Excellent written English; strong comfort with structured data (Excel/Sheets is non-negotiable)
- Genuinely curious about AI tools and eager to push them further than the last person did
- Ambitious and fast-learning — you want ownership, not tasks
- Bonus: any exposure to e-commerce, B2B portals, or chemical/industrial products
