Looking for a Marketplace Leader to drive end-to-end e-commerce growth, revenue, and profitability across leading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other platforms.
- Drive GMV, revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
- Lead marketplace advertising, performance marketing, and ROAS/ACOS/TACOS optimization.
- Own catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and seasonal campaigns.
- Build strong platform partnerships and lead a high-performing team.
- Drive data-led decisions through sales analytics, forecasting, and category insights.

- Ideal Profile:

- 10+ years in marketplace management across D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Electronics, Fashion, or Retail.
- Robust expertise in marketplace operations, advertising, commercial negotiations, and P&L; metrics.
- Experience scaling businesses in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
