Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that support Valkontek’s embedded, automotive, and IoT offerings, including brand positioning, demand generation, and product marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing marketing plans, coordinating with sales and engineering teams, creating marketing collateral and digital content, overseeing social media and online presence, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.

Manager will also manage vendor relationships, participate in events and trade shows, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.



This role involves using data-driven insights to refine marketing initiatives and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in marketing strategy, product marketing, and campaign planning for technology or B2B industries.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media management, content development, and basic SEO/SEM practices.
- Ability to translate technical concepts (embedded systems, automotive software, IoT, fleet management) into clear value propositions and customer-focused messaging.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and using analytics tools to measure and improve marketing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, and product management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a technical or automotive background is an advantage.
- Prior experience in automotive, embedded systems, IoT, or industrial technology marketing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
