We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to our company's growth in the renewable energy sector.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field marketing, direct customer visits, networking, referrals, and other marketing activities.
- Identify potential customers in residential, apartment, commercial, and industrial segments.
- Promote solar power solutions and explain their benefits, cost savings, and return on investment to prospective customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and follow up on enquiries to convert leads into sales.
- Arrange site visits and coordinate with the technical team for quotations and proposals.
- Develop relationships with builders, architects, electrical contractors, apartment associations, business owners, and other potential channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business development.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records, and regular follow-up reports.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent ARKA Solar Energy professionally during customer meetings and promotional activities.

Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, build customer relationships, and close sales.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and field marketing.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Experience in solar energy, electrical products, construction, real estate, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month.
