Qualification

- Master’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Agriculture / Dairy Technology or related field

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or dairy/agriculture-related industries.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

- Plan and execute field marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales.

- Identify and develop recent customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.

- Manage and guide the field marketing/sales team to achieve targets.

- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dairy owners, dealers, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and awareness programs.

- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly field activity and performance reports.

- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams to achieve business objectives.

- Ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory and achievement of sales/marketing target.
