Role Description The Marketing Intern will support marketing activities for mutual fund distribution and financial planning services in a full time, on-site role based in Pune Camp. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering client and competitor insights, and supporting the development of basic marketing strategies and campaigns. The intern will help coordinate marketing materials, contribute to social media and offline outreach, and support the sales team with client communication and follow-ups.

The role also involves responding to client queries, maintaining records of marketing activities,



and collaborating with team members to improve customer experience. This internship offers exposure to practical aspects of financial services marketing and client engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and summarize data on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as basic lead follow-up, relationship building, and an interest in learning consultative selling in financial services.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, with an aptitude for planning simple campaigns, supporting brand awareness initiatives, and contributing ideas to reach target audiences.
- Candidates should ideally have proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, comfort with digital tools and social media, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn about mutual funds and personal finance.
