WHAT WILL YOU DO

- Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground channels
- Lead PR efforts: media outreach, press releases, and thought-leadership content
- Engage and reach out to channel partners (insurance companies, brokers, intermediaries) through targeted communication and co-marketing
- Create partner-facing collateral such as decks, case studies, and campaign kits to support the sales team
- Drive customer engagement campaigns that encourage people to use their vision benefits
- Manage agencies and creative vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Track campaign performance and use insights to improve future campaigns

REQUIREMENT

- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or PR.
- Hands-on experience planning and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Working knowledge of PR, including media relations, press releases, and content for external publications.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft explicit and compelling messaging for different audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced,



early-stage startup environment.
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to track and report on campaign outcomes.
- Willing to work as an individual contributor and take ownership end to end.
