As our manufacturing operations continue to grow, we are strengthening our factory team and are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Factory In-Charge who can take ownership of day-to-day production operations and help us build a more structured, productive and quality-driven manufacturing system.

About the Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, managing people and getting production delivered on time.

The person will work closely with the management team and will be responsible for ensuring that every project moves smoothly from:

Job Card → Material → Production → Quality → Assembly → Packing → Dispatch The ideal candidate will bring strong practical manufacturing experience, discipline, problem-solving ability and a strong focus on quality, productivity and on-time delivery.

Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Factory In-Charge to take ownership of day-to-day factory operations.





The person will be responsible for ensuring that production moves smoothly from Job Card → Material → Production → Quality → Assembly → Packing → Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily and weekly production
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements
- Manage production timelines and priorities
- Monitor board cutting, edge banding and multi boring
- Monitor metal cutting, welding, grinding and powder coating
- Manage assembly and packaging
- Ensure quality at every production stage
- Identify and reduce rework and rejection
- Coordinate with Stores for material availability
- Coordinate machine maintenance and breakdowns
- Maintain Job Cards and production records
- Track daily production against planned targets
- Identify bottlenecks and solve production problems
- Maintain factory discipline and safety
- Report daily production status, delays and problems to management

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on production/factory experience
- Experience in furniture, modular furniture, fabrication, interiors or similar manufacturing
- Strong understanding of production processes
- Ability to read drawings and understand BOQs
- Good manpower and production planning skills
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up ability
- Comfortable managing workers and factory operations
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge
- Practical, disciplined and result-oriented

- Minimum material-related production stoppages
- Minimum machine downtime

- Accurate and timely production reporting

What We Expect

We are looking for a hands-on factory person, not only an administrative supervisor.

The ideal candidate should be able to walk onto the shop floor, understand what is going wrong, organise the team, solve the problem and ensure the work gets completed on time.
