- Continuous Improvement
- Lead the development and execution of the company-wide Manufacturing Excellence roadmap.
- Drive Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, 5S, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across all manufacturing units.
- Identify critical process bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
B. Robotics &
- Automation
- Evaluate processes for automation feasibility and create an automation masterplan.
- Lead deployment of robotic systems (pick-and-place robots, AGVs/AMRs, robotic arms, machine tending robots).
- Oversee automation projects end‑to‑end: concept, design, integration, commissioning, and performance validation.
- Ensure seamless integration of sensors, PLCs, SCADA, MES, and robotic systems.
- Collaborate with OEMs, system integrators, and automation vendors.
C. Industry 4.0 &
- Digital Transformation
- Implement smart manufacturing technologies: IoT sensors, smart dashboards, predictive maintenance, real-time machine monitoring, etc.
- Increase data-driven decision making through analytics, OEE dashboards, and digital twins (if applicable).

Operational
Performance &
- Productivity
- Improve OEE, cycle time, manpower productivity, material flow, and throughput.
- Reduce downtime through structured problem solving (DMAIC, 8D, RCA).
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through method improvements, layout optimisation, and automation.
E. Leadership &
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Mentor plant teams and build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Train employees on Lean practices, automation basics, and process excellence.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, Supply Chain, and HR.
