We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead our efforts in achieving world-class manufacturing standards in lithium battery production. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in battery manufacturing, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Conduct gap analysis and benchmarking studies to identify best practices in lithium battery manufacturing.
- Develop and execute a manufacturing excellence roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles, such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including yield, efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions to ensure production targets are met.
- Collaborate with R&D; teams to implement new technologies and improve product design for manufacturability.
