- Implement cost saving ideas in machine spares maintenance / procurement.
- Attend the Customer PPAP Audit & quality system audit & prepare related documents.
- Develop the supplier for small automation in process to reduced manpower /setup time etc.
- Implement the new developed equipment/ Automation to plant & plan for horizontal deployment across all YIPL plant.
- Attend the Management Team Meetings and Management Review Meeting.
- Attend meetings with the GHQ functions as and when required.
- Implement the recent developed equipment/ Automation to plant & plan for horizontal deployment across all YIPL plant.
- Carry out the testing of new applicator & compare the result with terminal supplier specification After successful trial & result prepare the final test report & submit to YC-CDC for Applicator Approval.
