1.| Manage Anti-Corruption Helpline including tracking , monitoring and reporting of Whistle blower cases.
2.| Develop Fraud strategies based on information available from both traditional & non-traditional data/Information sources
3.| Conduct fraud investigations pertaining to Employees, Customers, Vendors of the Company.
4.| Conduct investigation interviews with witnesses and subject, communications reviews & data analytics.
5.| Identify criteria, validate data, and communicate awareness of trends to influence fraud strategy, model revisions and rule efficacy to stakeholders and senior management.
6.| Issue of comprehensive Reports along with transparent and evidence based factual recommendations .
7.| Effectively partner with operations and support functions in evaluating current and future business processes and initiatives
8.| Very good and presentation skills and prepare Monthly reports / presentations on Frauds & Vigilance and present to Senior Management
9.| Fraud Prevention, Transaction Monitoring and Policies and process reviews
10.| Experience of doing Investigation / audit on SAP ERP.
11.| Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
12.| Candidates with experience in with similar industry will be given preference.
