Role Description The Manager role at Scinext Skills is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to talent sourcing, training coordination, and deployment for corporate partners. This includes managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurers, tracking performance against placement targets, and ensuring smooth execution of the HTD model.

The role involves leading local teams, monitoring program quality, resolving operational issues, and preparing regular reports and insights for senior leadership.



The Manager will also collaborate on process improvements and support business development initiatives to strengthen partnerships and expand the company’s regional presence.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations or program management, preferably in staffing, education, training, or financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and internal teams.
- Solid analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with data tracking, performance metrics, and basic tools such as spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to coordinate across departments and present updates to leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and drive process improvements in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the banking, NBFC, fintech, or insurance sector in India is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Patna and occasionally travel for partner or training center visits as needed.
