Job Title: Manager - Purchase Capex

The Manager - Purchase Capex will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of capital expenditure (Capex) items for the organization. This role involves managing the complete procurement process from identifying purchasing needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and operations, to develop procurement strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional analytical skills, solid negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends related to Capex purchases.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for Capex projects.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess purchasing needs and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies during the procurement process.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, budget management, and savings achieved.
- Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals.

Skills and Tools Required
