Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

/ Key Responsibilities

1. Lead technical bid and proposal activities, including concept design, GA development, weight estimation, stability assessment and technical compliance documentation.
2. Perform hydrostatic, intact stability, damage stability, loading condition and lightship assessments.
3. Develop and optimize hull forms to meet performance, stability and operational requirements.
4. Carry out resistance, propulsion and vessel performance evaluations.
5. Manage weight estimation, weight control and weight monitoring throughout project execution.
6. Coordinate with Hull, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
7. Support technical bid reviews, vendor offer evaluations and customer technical discussions.
8. Coordinate Class approval activities and ensure compliance with statutory and classification requirements.
9. Support construction, inclining experiments, sea trials and performance validation activities.
10. Mentor junior engineers and support engineering process improvements.
