We are seeking an experienced and energetic Manager for our LIB (Lithium-Ion Battery) Sales team specializing in the two-wheeler (2W) and Battery Swapping sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in battery sales, a deep understanding of the two-wheeler market, and expertise in battery swapping technologies.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals in the 2W and battery swapping segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the electric vehicle (EV) industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the LIB and 2W sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the LIB sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.




- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and optimize product offerings.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Stay informed of industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting battery technologies and electric mobility.
- Organize and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
