REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in IT. Experience in people management/leadership roles is strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and enterprise applications
- Demonstrated success managing IT projects and leading digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, etc.) and ensuring compliance
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes, IT security best practices, and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build partnerships across functions
- Strong budget management and resource planning capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and modern IT architectures
- Change management expertise and ability to drive organizational transformation
- Proficiency with SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
- Travel may be required up to 10%
